Q. Are there any commissions at all?
A. No, our fee is a one-off fee including marketing there is no commissions. Except if you need extra marketing like floor plans or drone footage
Q. Are we legally protected by selling privately?
A. Yes, all property sales in NZ (including private sales) use the NZ law society Sale and Purchase Agreement, where the clauses in this contact protect both seller and buyer and are covered by NZ law when it comes to selling property. Your lawyer can easily explain and should do so at every step of the process.
Q. Do we still need a lawyer?
A. Yes, as with all property sales in NZ you will need a conveyancing lawyer, but we also assist you on what to ask your lawyer and what they need to do to help you with a sale, much like when they deal with agents, no more no less.
Q. Who will do our viewings?
A. We will coach you on all the correct ways to run your Open Homes and to welcome your buyers and how to answer their questions.
Q. Do you help us with the negotiations?
A. Along with your lawyer we will be there to support you through the offer phase and to make suggestions based on knowledge and expertise.
