Why do we help Private Sellers?

You might be asking why The Property Coach wants to help private sellers avoid huge commissions. The truth is I have been in real estate sales for 30 years both here in NZ and for a few years based in London UK.

I found it increasingly difficult to justify the huge commissions that agents charge. More and more I became aware that homeowners didn’t even realise they could legally sell privately.
But if they did, they didn’t know how to go about it.

As my conscience grew stronger, I started to look at a simple way to teach homeowners how to navigate through the selling process and I have tried to keep it as simple as possible but with a professional attention to detail.

The Property Coach system has already had many buyer comments directed to my private sellers, mostly at open homes, example “we thought this was a professional real estate listing” or asking them “Are you agents? “.

Now I should say in my opinion, not all private sales are presented professionally at all, in fact some just look terrible, I applaud anyone who wants to sell privately but I also strongly suggest you get assistance and or coaching from an experienced property marketing person.
